3. SPN cash is a semi-closed payment instrument and it’s used for the future purchase of products and it is non-transferrable to any person’s bank account or wallet.

4. This is the loyalty reward cash point, which value is; 1 point = 1 Rs.

13. The SPN cashback offer is governed by the laws of India and any dispute arising out of this Contest shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Courts at Pune.
